Applicants should:

• Be a U.S citizen and 18 years of age
• Have a valid Drivers License or reliable transportation
• Pass a background check
• Have a professional and clean appearance
• Be able to stand, bend, lift, reach, climb a step ladder and carry 25lbs
• Have a positive attitude while communicating with customers and coworkers
• Have basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and techniques
